Physical goods will always be shipped from our depot within two weeks from ordering. How long it takes before your order reaches you depends on where you live. Within the Netherlands shipping takes up to two days, within the EU up to ten days and outside the EU it can take up to a month.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to offer refunds or accept returns. In case of a non-functioning audio disc however we can provide you a free download code, so you can still listen to the music.
